explore our programs and services
…Is an acronym for the Orion House’s overview of the programs and services the agency provides. Collectively, C the FuTuRE is an effective methodology that blends both cognitive based therapy and clinical sociology. The delivery of services to youth focuses on five principle domains: Community, Family, Treatment, Residency, and Education.
Our Mission
The Orion House will embrace the strengths and acknowledge struggles as we join with youth to promote growth so that each may pursue personal wellbeing and independence.
Our Vision
Orion House strives to provide a structured and nurturing environment that addresses the behavioral, emotional, familial and adult living needs of each resident.
Since 1974, Orion House has provided a safe, group home setting, for males within the DHHS System. Residents are placed through the department of Health and Human Services under abuse and neglect petitions or a delinquency petition for transitional living support. The Orion House works daily at promoting the wellbeing of the residents by offering mentorship, healthy activities, nutritional meals, and engagement in age appropriate hobbies and interests. Clinical support is offered through individual, family and group services based on cognitive behavioral therapy. The Orion House is committed to making sure each resident and their family is treated with respect and courtesy and that our services remain valuable to our youth in need.
