Residential Counselor

The Residential Counselor position is a key position within the treatment team. The Counselors provide and are responsible for everything from crisis management to instruction of personal hygiene skills. The Residential Counselor‘s most critical responsibility is to maintain an emotionally and physically safe environment. The Residential Counselors are charged with the responsibilities of maintaining good communication, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to balance a firm yet compassionate demeanor when working with the residents.
